To process a refund, simply email “Theodore@WhiteboardCrypto.com” with the same email you enrolled with the title of the email being “Refund please” and anything you want to include in the body of the email. You don’t have to give any reason, but if you do, it would help us improve the club and create even better content.

NOTE: If you request a refund on the VERY last day of your 30 days, it will cause a hassle as sometimes our payment provider’s timezone causes an error and will NOT let us make the refund. The 30 day policy countdown begins on the beginning of the day you purchased in the timezone of our payment provider, not on your local timezone. To ensure you get a refund if you request one, do it BEFORE the 29th day of your membership.

Note: I can only refund within 30 days of each purchase, so if you want a refund, make sure it’s within the 30 day timeframe.

Note: Refunds usually take around 5-7 business days, and I try to process them within 2 days!

Note: If you paid in crypto for the lifetime membership, this is non-refundable. That’s part of why it’s “lifetime”!
